At Material, we want you to love every piece in your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back to us safely and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
