Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery service will contact you within 5 days of purchase to schedule a delivery window.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period for all home goods. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items for a full refund, minus a flat-rate return shipping fee.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Material ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.

Each item comes with a specific care guide. Generally, we recommend using a soft, damp cloth for wood surfaces and avoiding harsh chemical cleaners to preserve the natural finishes.
